What matters is your monthly bill date - this is when your bill is produced, and all your allowances reset.

Your payment date will be approximately a week later.

I have checked online my bill date is all ways the 15 th

sorry he just confused me with everything after getting text saying your at your end of included allowance and will be charged as I said sent in error

thanks for your kindness

Sorry hope this is ok to ask if I have Wi-Fi on and mobile data I was told the phone will all ways use Wi-Fi

first where possible so it’s ok to leave both on Wi-Fi and mobile data ??

thank you in advanced 😊

@madeline50  You can not go over your data allowance, if you use up your data allowance you have to purchase a data add on to use data.  You can not use data and be charged for that usage.   You can only get out of allowance charges for call/texts and these ate going to be premium rate numbers or calling to non UK numbers ie international numbers.

Your phone will use WiFi over cellular data but some phones do have the option to use cellular data if that cellular data connection is better than the WiFi connection.   But this is a user option within the settings of the device and can be switched off/on.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

WiFi is a connection between a mobile device (in this case your phone) and a broadband router. It has nothing to do with a mobile network.

You can either access the internet via WiFi or by using mobile network data.
