Mobile Data Speed in Italy

Can someone tell me what the data download speed in Italy is throttled back to please?

Around 1.5 Mb/s download. Currently on 4G

...and now I am in a 5G area my UK phone is at about 50Mb/s whilst my Italian one on the same local service provider is over 250Mb/s.
