Hi
I rely on EE 5G for home mobile broadband but have had no speed above 2mbps since one of your masts went down last month. I have spoken to 150 countless times but engineers are not updating the work ticket (it was supposed to be visited and fixed on the 12/6) so they can't give me a resolution time.
One month without internet is crazy when I rely on it for home working - when will this issue be resolved?
