Data usage

my bill says data usage unlimited yet I still run out and have to wait until 13th of each month to refresh. It says unlimited on my bill but I can actually only use 1GB. Why does my data run out

@Mimo1963  You need to call customer services about that as something not right.

I don't want to start a new thread. Dear EE, can you create in the Play Store easy way to report a bug to developer team? When you send email to "developer contact" ee.app@bt.com they ignore it. I cannot see my data remaining in my app and account. Can someone have a look on this for me? I contacted your specialist on the chat, but he didn't help me.

Do you get the correct allowance details if you text BALANCE to 150?
