London Underground wifi

Hello,

Recently I moved from pay monthly to PAYG plan. Before switching I was able to use EE auto wifi on London underground. After switching I am having troubles connecting to that wifi network. All settings are set as before. I contacted CS and they advised me to use Virgin media network instead. I am finding two networks which are named Virgin media- one is Virgin media, second one is Virgin media WiFi. I can connect to Virgin media WiFi but it refers me to EE auto WiFi which I can't connect,  the other one Virgin media I am not able to connect- it says connection failed.

Any help will be appreciated

Thanks

Hi @MitevTM

It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check everything from our end for you.

Chris

I have spoken to customer service and they advised me to connect to Virgin media wifi, but it doesn't work for me. Shall I  call them again?

Have you tried forgetting the network and doing it all from scratch, @MitevTM?
Chris

Yeah,  I have done it. Restarted after that. Will do it again tonight when go to underground.

If it still doesn't work, you should speak to our technical support team again so that they can investigate further, @MitevTM.

Keep us posted on what happens.

Chris

All sorted. I called CS today and they fix it.
