I can’t find any record of a payment for the extra 5gb. My allowance is showing 10gb! What has happened? No way to find a record of what was done. Already sent a stop of the 5gb plan to 150, as I don’t want it recurring, but I’ve no idea of what was ‘processed’. Not showing in my Add ons either.

Nope, it was an add-on to my usual monthly (out of contract) plan.
As an update - 5gb is now showing as an add-on, and expiring when my plan renews.

@Matholwch : Is this a PAYG SIM? Where did you buy it?
Have you bought an EE Double Data Offer PAYG SIM for £10 that has its usual 5GB data with a bonus of an extra 5GB data for 3-6 months? EE sold them a few months back but no longer.
