I have had unlimited data for 2 years but EE keep telling me I’ve run out

I regularly get messages telling me I e run out of data and my phone crawls to an almost standstill. I ha e being paying for unlocked kore than 2 years and tbh keep fixing it only for it to occur again. I need this permanently sorted.

There are a few possibilities here.

• First is EE do not sell truly unlimited plans unlimited is limited to 600GB (as per the terms and conditions) and if you hit this limit your service is limited.
• The warning is for data sharing.
• It is a general issue with service in your area.
• It is device related.

ee unlimited data is truly unlimited. it states that around or over 600GB it may control/reduce  your speed or contact you. terms dont say its capped at 600gb
