I cannot see how much data I use each month as my contract is unlimited. I need to find out how much I use so I can look at future costs. Thanks for any advice you can give me.

The iPhone 14 does have a data counter within the settings, but unless you reset it, it will just be counting from when you first got the phone.
It will also break down the usage by app.
You can find this in Settings > Mobile Service, and if you wanted to reset it to get an idea over a month, you just just Reset Statistics at the bottom of that menu.

Hi @neily41,
Welcome to the EE Community
If you login to the EE website, go to Manage> Plans and subscriptions> Manage mobile> Under where it shows your Unlimited data select See all usage. Then on this page there is a dropdown labelled Usage history. Click that should show you the last few months of your data usage.
What type of phone is it you use? Android phones will also usually track your monthly data usage for you in the mobile data usage settings.
