How weird is this so me and my girlfriend we both have the same EE SIM CARD I usually hotspot my ps5 and play online however today my hotspot randomly has stopped working during me playing Fortnite and now my ps5 won’t connect to my phone it keeps saying failed and my signal is too weak I am using the New iPhone 16 however my girlfriend is using an old iPhone 12 and for some reason her hotspot is working fine and is allowing her to hotspot the ps5. Does anyone know what’s going on as I am hopping mad as I’m paying almost £76 per month for this contract id expect for these silly issues not to occur as she in only paying £25 per month

Hi @Itzzkaii
Welcome to the community.
Have you tried restarting your phone a couple of times to see if the connection improves?
