I have two phone contracts with EE and have just moved house. Virgin Media have consistently been delaying my BB installation so I've been using my phone data to be able to work (I have to work from home) - obviously with Teams meetings etc I've easily surpassed 600GB on both lines.
Is there any way of being able to purchase additional data on my phones to offset so that I'm no longer throttled while I'm waiting for VM to get their act together? Looking at rolling monthly mobile broadband plans they're like £249 up front which is excessive.
I've been going to different coffee shops and renting office space by the day but the costs are starting to spiral. I can't see anything online about whether I can pay for an additional say 1000GB allowance on my phone but wondered whether it's possible.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @bruja
As @XRaySpeX mentioned, the fair usage policy for our mobile unlimited plans is set at 600GB. Have you been contacted by EE to say that you've breached this? If so, I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team directly to see what options are available to you.

No, 600GB is your total monthly FUP limit.

As an update / solution to this:
Chatted with an EE Guide who was great to be fair. Purchased two additional lines as eSims with unlimited data on a rolling 1-month contract - got a good discount and can cancel once VM installs internet.
