Each month I have at least 40GB of data unused. Is it possible to use some of this on my mini mobile wifi as it would solve a signal issue regarding speed and downloads

Are both the devices on the same pay-monthly billing account?

Hi there @hawkeye471

Please see the Help article @bristolian has provided to gift data to another number on your account.

it seems that as my mini wifi is listed as PAYG I cannot add it to my main phone account of which 49GB is wasted each month cause I can't gift it. I thought putting it on one account would be the solution but apparently not.   Beaurocracy reigns once again, even after 25 years with BT/EE

Mr Tansley

@hawkeye471 : Correct on both counts! You may neither:

  1. Add a PAYG no. to a contract MyEE a/c. They don't mix.
  2. Gift data to/from a PAYG no.
