Usage abroad

I think it’s ridiculous that as a company you have changed your data charging and it now costs extra to use your own data abroad. I haven’t been charged this before and know of other companies who don’t do this, I would like to be refunded the amount or the contract will be terminated

You can't have a contract if you are just now being charged for using your data allowance abroad. You must be on PAYG.

I’m on a contract and pay monthly for the same amount

@Sarahhinch17 , if your contract was before the 7th July 2021, then nothing has changed, but if you upgraded or started your contract after the 7th July 2021, then you will need to have an add-on for EU or pay a daily charge for using data. This has been so because of Brexit.
