EE TOPUP not working

I’ve just paid for £20 credit to TOPUP on my pay as you go plan and it’s been taken out of my bank account but not been put into credit. Never had this issue before. What do I do?

Welcome to the EE Community 🙂
When you look at your bank account, does it show as a pending transaction, or has it been fully taken?
I'd also recommend sending a text with AL to 150 as well, which should confirm if you have a pack active.
