Dubai - Travel Data Pass

Hi I’m going to Dubai tomorrow.

just called EE and got told they can’t add the travel data pass to my account as I am on the full works plan. Paying over £100 a month and not being able to add the pass seems crazy as you still have to pay for the travel data pass (£6.85 a day).

the question is will I still be able to buy data when I land and i just won’t be able to benefit from the cost saving of the travel data pass?

thanks

The World Daily Passport is a Business add-on. I don't think they have Roam Abroad Passes.

Small business accounts can usually have consumer add-ons, they just have the option of business-specific ones too.

The third tab, marked "start roaming plan" on https://business.ee.co.uk/help/network-and-coverage/roaming/ seems to list the business specific add-ons.
