Double Data not added

On the 21th April EE texted me because you are with BT & EE you can now get double data text double back to us. I did they messaged me back the same day we will get this done for you and get back to you. Well it’s now 14th of May and no double data yet on the app how long should this normally take because they never got back to me 🤔.

@Residentsteven  This gets added on your next billing cycle not mid cycle. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If your bill date has passed or you find that it isn't added on the next bill date, please get in touch with our customer service guides, who can get it chased for you.

Thanks, I’ve had my bill but it hasn’t come out my bank account yet, I will keep an eye on it for now.

If the bill is due to come out, I would have expected the data to have gone on now. If you give our team a call, they'll be able to check it for you.
