I have a prepaid SIM card that doesn't allow me to use some apps. I suspect it's because of some age restriction. I went to a store and the guide said it was resolved, but nothing has changed. I don't know what I can do.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

@Victor978 : On PAYG you can't control Content Lock from your MyEE. Instead you need to call EE with a credit card handy & pay a refundable token amount to prove you are over 18. Alternatively you can visit an EE store with some photo ID.

Hi @Victor978,
Welcome to the Community!
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having using these apps. Did the guide look at your ID so we could ensure there was not content lock on your account?

Yes, she confirmed my information and said I didn't need to do anything else. But it didn't solve the problem.

Hi @Victor978
First try switching your device off and back on. You can also try simply placing it into airplane mode.
Please open your web browser and try to access the website version of those apps, do you get a notification about the content being blocked, or a timeout message?
If so, I'd recommend following @XRaySpeX advice and steps to request the content lock be unlocked again.
