Date issues - can't speak to anyone

RachelB8

Hi,

Despite recently upgrading to a contract with unlimited data, my phone is still saying I've used up all my data. I've tried finding help online without any luck and can't seem to get through to a human to speak too about the issue!

Hoping someone can help or let me know how I can get in touch with someone at EE?

Thanks

R

@RachelB8  Your phone is saying it’s used up the data is that the device itself or the EE app ?   If it’s the actual device you might just have set a data limit on the device to inform you of this.  If this is the case you need to change that, EE have no control over this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How is your phone saying this? Is it giving you an on-screen warning, can you post a screenshot if so?

I suspect this is, as suggested already, the onboard data counter which is user-driven. If that doesn't solve, let's see what you're seeing.

It's only talking about data that you may potentially gift each month from the 1st 100GB of all your data to other nos. on your a/c if you choose to. It's just a warning just in case you wanted to. You may safely ignore it & carry on using data for your own purposes including hotspotting.
