My pack allowance shows I have 1.2 GB data eft but I am unable to get on the internet on my phone and  use it. Also got a message informing me I used all my data allowance, however pack information is showing I have data left.

Hi @Slarkins 

Could you try restarting your phone please? Also, please make sure your mobile data is switched on in your phone settings.
