EE must pay reparations for failing to provide the service they sold to me.
But I can't contact them, because the service (mobile phone, Internet) does NOT work.
Could someone from this increasingly dodgy company please contact me, to offer adequate compensation, and offer any advice on a network that WILL provide the service that it sells?

I am UK and went to USA last November. I had paid for a Roaming Pass with EE. It never worked. They refunded me, but the inconvenience was huge. I'm now wondeting whether to try it again when I travel in October. I had a Huawei but now have a Samsung phone. Did they resolve your issue?

When the customer care team refunded you, did they check if your roaming was activated for future trips? Text ROAMING to 150 to check the status.
'Investigator' is just your level as a community user. 🙂
