Thanks for coming back to us @Sparkymarky3
We would need to get the account looked into, to do this please call us from any other phone on 07953 966 150 or if you have a pay monthly account please try and log into your EE app and a message us option should show in the Help section.
Let us know how you get on 🙂
Leanne.

Whatever usage alert you may have received, will no bearing on your coverage. So this is two separate issues.
1: Can you post up a screenshot of this usage alert that you have received?
2: Try toggling flight mode - does EE coverage restore? If not, try a manual network search - does EE show?

That's your coverage issue resolved then.
Try texting BALANCE to 150 - what do you get by response?

Hi @Sparkymarky3.
Welcome to the EE Community!
In this instance, there's a chance that you've got an internal data warning set up in your phone's settings.
This wouldn't be linked with your EE account directly, and is purely just what the phone is measuring usage wise.
What model of phone is it you're using, and can you try sending AL to 150 as well?

Hi Peter,
It's a Google pixel 9 I'm using.
Thanks

Thanks for giving that a try, @Sparkymarky3.
It seems very odd that your texts aren't sending here too; have you had a chance to test if calls are working?
If you haven't already, can you check to see how much data has been used on your handset too?
We have a guide on how to do this here, and you should also be able to view if you've set any internal limits here too.
