Both myself and a friend who have data packages and never usually use our full allowance ran out. Has anyone else had the same issue last month with no change in usual usage?

Samsung Galaxy A53 and the plan is an all rounder 125GB plan. My friends is an iPhone not sure which or what plan but can find out.
