I am the main account holder and the app and website won't let me share data with my kids.
There seems to be a technical fault but when I try to call the wait time is in excess of 40 mins.
Anyone else having the same issues?

Now 16th September 2023 and problem continues. Trying to get help appears impossible. Not worth offering it if it doesn't work!! Costing us money as having to buy extra data for husband because it won't allow me to share.

So that would be calling 150? My last call today was on hold for 40 minutes waiting for a service advisor. In that time, I had lunch and drove to the supermarket. After 40 minutes the call disconnected, so I still haven't managed to speak to anyone.
The app and website are no help, nor was the shop when I tried an actual face to face person.
I have tried deleting and re installing the app, makes no difference to the outcome.
I don't need to be told it's the weekend so it will be busier that usual. I can't pick and choose when I have a problem. Or more specifically, when your system has a problem!
I needed to transfer data, as per my family plan. No chance!!
The only helpful bit of the site is this forum. where you get other EE customers to sort out problems for folk! Except, no one seems to have mastered the art of sorting this problem. What is obvious from the chat thread, though, is this isn't something that is only happening today. so "please come back in a while" won't work. It appears to be a long standing problem, that EE have not sorted out.
Really not much use offering data sharing, which seems like such a good idea, if it doesn't actually work.
In fact, what I thought was a good idea, is now going to cost me money to sort out the extra data needed, if i can, as they are now beyond UK borders.
