Data renewal date

My data always gets renewed/refreshed on the 2nd of the month therefore my next one would be due 2nd November but my accounts says 18th November, why the change? And what happens if I run out of data before the later than usual date?

You can check your Refresh Date on the EE App or MyEE under Usage, if it is the 2nd of each Month could be the 18th is your Billing Data or Direct Debit Date.
