Data gifting

Why cannot I not gift data any more, for the past few weeks it has said unavailable at this time and now the app is back up and running properly it is saying that I dod not have enough data to gift however I have unlimited data and have not gifted any this month??

Hi @KateSudlo83 

Thanks for coming here. 

If you’re on a unlimited plan you can gift up to 100GB of data or 120GB if you’re on a 5G smart handset plan. This will be the first 100/120GB and any data usage will reduce your giftable allowance. 

If you have used this amount of data before gifting data to another number you would not have enough giftable data.
