My two phones not working from this morning

Have been abroad for the past two weeks and have Roam abroad pass add-on, everything was working fine and all of a sudden this morning no service what so ever. My parents have WI-Fi, but the minute I step out absolutely no service. My iPhones are up to date, tried switching off and on, Mobile data on and off, tried selecting manually all the available networks, googled every info available. Paid my bill on time and still I can’t use my phone. Tired to call and text EE and no success. What else should I do?

Have you been able to test your phone in more than one location? This would help us rule out a potential local network issue.
