I have a reoccurring problem when I cannot gift data, the app does not work and I cannot gift on the website (desktop or mobile). I am on the verge of leaving EE as i've spent literally days speaking to them and nobody seems to be able to tell me why or offer a fix.

I haven’t been able to gift data for months, contacted technical support who messed around with my account and now I can’t even see many own data or my bill! They was supposed to call me back after one hr, never did and after contacting them again was supposed to call me back within 4 days. Still waiting! Will be closing all 4 accounts as EE obviously doesn't need my business. Maybe they are deliberately doing this so that we can’t gift data, I for one will be voting with my feet.

I am very sorry to hear you are having problems gifting data and viewing the bills in your My EE.
To get an update on the support ticket, please give us another call on 150 and the team can check the account to help you get this resolved.

Hi, yes I did and neither was working.
I found someone had shared a link on here that’s enabled me to get my account back as the bill payer. I can at least see my bill and my other accounts now. The transferring of data is still very intermittent and I think this is going to be an ongoing problem. I’m guessing EE will make this as difficult as possible as this is something they don’t really want us to do.

Same here, started after the app was updated last month, they clearly screwed up the ‘upgrade’ on the whole site as you can’t do it online either, you have to phone them now to gift data which is a pain, I’m letting me contract run out and am moving the family next month to another provider, customer service wasn’t great when I went through trying to resolve it last month and I’m not doing it again.
