Data gifting not working

I tried gifting data to my daughter for two days but it's not working. I've tried clearing storage, re installing etc. I've sent data to her for a few months now as it's all on my account anyway. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried using the My EE app and My EE account online?

Do you get an error message?

Hi, yes I've tried through the app and online. 

It Comes up with gifting data failed. Data could not be gifted, however I am able to gift data to my wife.

She has no data left, I'm trying to gift some. I have 75gb of data. I'm only trying to send 5gb over.
