Trying to gift data to my wife's phone, and keep getting an error message that doesn't allow me to complete it.
I've gifted data many times in the past, without issues (both number are on the account), but now when I select the phone to gift, the this message:
"We will have it fixed soon - Sorry, we can't show this device's data right now. Please try again later"
Been trying this for a few days with the same error message. Doing it through my EE website

read through similar messages, as many people seem to be having this issue. Following the suggestion in this other chat, I managed to gift the data through the EE app - so not an account issue, but rather something to do with the website.
