Good Morning all
Been trying to gift data now since the 27th Feb, still no joy on the app or website, is anyone else having problems. I gift data every month but for some reason I cant this month. Any help please 🙏

Either says data gifting tab isn’t there or says cannot data gifting at this time

If you can try calling again on 150 and selecting option 1 then option 2 this will transfer you to a guide to help you get this looked into 🙂

I've got the same problem at Steve. Normal van gift data and now showing that I have noone to gift too.

Again this has happened this month, come to my billing cycle and need to Data gift to my partner. But it's still not showing up on the app. The app needs a big overhaul, and it's so hard to get in touch with someone every month just so they can gift data for me. 😤
