Good Morning all
Been trying to gift data now since the 27th Feb, still no joy on the app or website, is anyone else having problems. I gift data every month but for some reason I cant this month. Any help please 🙏

It may be a case that they need to raise a ticket for the specific issue, but they should be able to help you move some over from our end in the interim too.

Thanks for coming to the community.
I know how important it is to be able to gift data.
Have you been able to try to delete the EE app and install it again to see if that helps?
When you try to gift, what do you see?

I don't have any option to Gift Data, usually there is something saying gift your data, but nothing is there.

As well as this missing on the front page of your app, can you not see this by going to Manage > Mobile & SIMs?
Did you manage to try the reinstall that @Michael_D recommended too?

Trying to get through to anyone is nightmare, my partner needs this data and I can't understand why it's gone from my page

@stevehills There aren't any wider issues we're aware of with data gifting, so this is something our team will need to take a closer look into.
I'm confident if you give us a call they'll be able to get the ball rolling with this, and I like I mentioned yesterday they can help move this for you at our end in the meantime too.

Still after week I cannot data gift, tried everything and can't seem to get through to anyone
