My perfect roaming pass has now been taken away .     My work takes me to Europe , Australia, New Zealand and the USA .   I had a roam abroad that covered nearly and I added the Euro pass .      What’s the way I can use my data in all those regions after the changes ?

The new Full Works plans include both EU and ROW Zone 1 Roaming baked into the plan, alongside a Premium Inclusive Extra choice.

New All Rounder plans only include EU Roaming.

Is it an All Rounder or Full Works plan you are on currently?

All Rounder plans taken before 29th August 2024 only have one Inclusive Extra which can be used on either the EU or ROW Roaming Pass, and there is a 30-day lockout upon changing this before it can be changed to another option. 

The ROW Zone 1 gives a significantly improved list of countries outside of the EU Zone. Previously under the Roam Abroad Pass you were only covered for the USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico and New Zealand. The full list is available here: https://ee.co.uk/roamingrefresh 

Full Works plans taken before that same date (29th August 24) would have had 3 Inclusive Extra options, which allows selecting both passes (EU + ROW) alongside each other.

If you are currently on an All Rounder plan from before this date (29th August 2024) and want to access both EU and Zone 1 countries within the same 30 day period without paying daily or weekly rates, then you would need to upgrade to the new Full Works plan as this is the only plan offered which is suitable for such a use case.
