Have you tested the app when using WiFi?

If the issue persists and you are only experiencing issues with this one app I would recommend contacting the owner.

What apps and when did they last work. 

  • Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
  • What device do you have.
  • Are you in the UK.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

TMC FAViA and yes it worked 2-3 weeks ago
