Hi @ElaineCalderhea

Is it PAYG and a data only SIM. There is no such tariff as unlimited as this is normally 600GB if you read your terms and conditions.

Stacked means there are two active data bundles I believe.

Thanks

Hi there Northerner

No, its pay monthly and I do not think it is a data only - I have not used any data on it though and it is still saying I have 0 data left.  I only have one data bundle.

No but its out of contract, has been for a while - yep, tried that just won't work - I am guessing I will need to get someone to look at it as I don't fancy jumping on the roof of my house to find out 🙂  The antenna has maybe moved - I just thought I would find out if it was the sim first but trying to get customer advisor is a bit hard.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
