App and Website down

Has your website or app ever been available for a full day? One of the features I value most is the ability to manage mobile data access on my other accounts. Every evening the same thing.. app not working and/or website down. Why???

Can you access your EE app and EE account online this morning? 

We’re always looking to improve the experience in your EE account, bringing in new features and improving the service you receive. That’s why, from time to time we must carry out work that means you may not be able to use these services for a little while.
