Good afternoon anyone else experiencing poor 5 g in the above postcode
No issues on the signal checker but only getting slow speeds

Welcome to the community.
How are the speeds compared to normal? Have you only just noticed a change today?
It is worth trying to restart the device, and also manually log to another network and back to EE to see if there is any improvement.
You can also report a problem through the network checker if there is nothing showing, and our network team will look into it.
