EE 5G signal *Newport, Wales*

kinkywizard
Visitor

Over the last couple of weeks, I've gone from having a strong 5G signal to a absolutely garbage signal. It loads at the rate of late 90's dial up speeds. Anyone else having the same problem in the general area?

EE) Am I able to get a reduction on my bill for the inconvenience?

In addition, a perceptibly worse signal can give a better experience if you're connecting to less-used carriers with more spare capacity.

The cause for concern would be the slow data speeds, which are best reported via the status checker in the first instance.
