5G WiFi box not allowing WiFi connection. Only ethernet.

I've been using the 5g EE box for about 4 months. I'm finding it really useful for day to day business dealings when I'm away from home.

My problem is, recently I plugged it into my laptop to use via ethernet rather than WiFi (it's relatively faster), and since then the box has ceased to allow any WiFi connections to go through it. The network doesn't exist when I search for it. And in its place I see a network called "SoapAP" and "SoapAPguest". Both of which I can't connect to. Have I done something to the box to make this happen? Has it done this all by itself? I just want to know how to connect multiple devices again. Thanks in advance for any suggestions

Hi @cY_Agent

Try resetting the box.

Thanks
