4G antenna install?

I've read previous posts that EE install (or use someone) to install external 4G antennas. Do they still do this service please? 

No 5G in my area I'm afraid.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
