i can't install my e sim

I can't seem to install my e -sim, theres an error and so idk what to do

Hello @nickthomass ,

Is this a physical SIM card or an E-Sim?

If a physical SIM card, are you putting it in correctly into the card slot?

If E-Sim, did you receive the QR code?

Sorry to hear you're facing an issue installing your eSIM. 

Can you tell us know what error message are you seeing? 
Is this your first SIM for a brand new line, or a replacement SIM for an existing one?
