it has been one month of very unstable and slow internet. Since i have started to use this 5g internet i never able to get the speeds they say i can, besides the connection issue is tipping me on the edge. now i am thinking to cancel the contract, but i am sure they will force me to pay the contract. ho wlong usually it take to contact them, today i called it says 45 mins wait and no option for call back. anyone cancelled before?

Network status checker doesn’t do any one any favours by just saying everything is okay. It’s for e me to. Heck only my billing address which is not where my device is. All system is very difficult. Everything is running smooth unless you have a problem you need to sorted. Then you can see the shambles.
