EE have tried (on Friday) via screenshare to get me to approve a new 2 year contract.. I refused to press the approve button and hung up. Tonight, they just sent me a new contract mirroring the one I refused to approve. What do I do to make sure they reverse this bullying tactic?

I can understand your concern that this has happened, but if you get back in touch with our team then they will be able to get your order cancelled, and investigate why his has been processed despite you not wanting it.
