hi what other way i can contact ee ? they phone number its down . i had an issue with my bill that i sorted on monday and since then i dont have connection in my app says i have unlimited data etc etc but unable to connect my devices on the mobile broadband . do they have an email ?

Welcome to the community,
It can take up to 72 hours to clear on your account, have you checked whether it shows as paid?
If you made a late payment, then that would have to clear before your connection is restored.
Have you tried rebooting your device to see if it comes back?
EE do not have email.

hi thanks for the reply and yes it does show as paid and i did try to reboot the device . and thanks for those phone numbers because its not what its show on my account when clicked contact us .
