5gb data boost

Hi,I recently placed an order for new broadband as was told my 5gb data boost would be added there and then when I placed my order. The service is now active but I still do not have the extra data.  How do I get this added please?ThanksStu

5G Broadband - 5G Smart Hub - HH20C- Outside Ariel?

HiI got 5G Broadband from EE, using the Smart 5G Hub with the model: HH20C.It is possible to setup a ariel outside and if so, can EE do this for me and what does EE charge to do this?I can't see any ariel connections on the Hub.Regards,Gaz

New mini 4g ee wifi cant connect
