Painfully slow internet

Whe i took out my mobile contracts x5. They were ok slightly slower than vodafone but i persevered with them

after 14 month i have struggled and struggled to fet internet speed THROTTLED CONTENT, i have complained and complained but ee that big now they dont care. Has anybody else had this problem
