5Gee 2021 router issues

Mobile dongle. Can’t log-in.

I have this mobile 4G dongle. Not used it it for probably 3 years. I can sign I to EE but get this error, I can’t “call 150” because that takes me to Sky. If I click on the EE help link it returns 404.  is there a way to fix this?
