Samunsung smart TV won't connect to Huaewei 4G router with new EE sim

I got a new sim card for my Huawei 4G home broadband router today. MY phone and laptop have connected easily but my Samsung smart TV and playstation 5 will connect to the WIFI but has no internet access. In have tried separating 5GHz and 2.4GHz but it still won't connect, tried restarting TV and also router. We did not have any problems when we have a three sim card in the router. 

How do I get it to connect?
