Mobile Wi-Fi

How can I activate an ee SIM card for my mobile wifi box, on the app it says I’ve been sent a text with a code to the number I put in.  I’m unable to read the text as it’s not a phone it’s a wifi box?

network speed drops dramatically

I upgraded my plan 2 months ago, I tested the network speed was about 45M download, 40M upload everyday,  but now the speed drops to about 15M download 14M upload . am wondering what's going on with EE ?
