Bought one of the 4GEE Wi-Fi Mini hubs about three months ago and it’s suddenly got an issue as won’t connect with the red light on. Tried the sim in a different phone and it’s working and connecting fine.
Devices will connect to it but then come up with no internet connection.
Any ideas?

Since you've already tested the SIM in another device, this would suggest that the problem is with the WiFi router.
I'd recommend speaking with our Customer Care team and letting them know you've already done a reset. They will be able to run through the next steps with you.

Can you try resetting the WiFi device?
There should be a pin hole on the back of it, you'd need to press and hold this for around 15 seconds.

I’ve tried to reset it this morning with the reset button located next to the battery inside as there aren’t any holes externally apart from the charging port. Sadly this hasn’t worked as the red light is still showing and I’ve tried this a couple of times now.
