Hi, Can someone please tell me what is happening in the following postcode xxx xxx. We have no service and use an external 4G router for our internet. I can see there is an outage when I search the status but it doesn't explain exactly what the issue...

Atrocious mobile WiFi signal in Meols

So got up this morning and wfh only to find signal dropping every 30 seconds despite no problems reported. Totally unacceptable and cannot contact the EE people. So annoyed. Anyone else having problems in Wirral area?
