Been trying to update my data for days ..site down saying they are improving services ..ridiculous ..lost my data for a whole month ..cant wait till my contract ends ..such bad service

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.

Can you try deleting the app, then going to your app/play store and redownloading the My EE app.
